our first stop on sunday morning (after nabbing some doughnuts in perranporth) was gwithian beach. i think the main point of this stop was for dan to prove to me that sandy beaches exist in the uk, because they sure didn’t seem to back in ireland. fair enough. we walked along the sand, and still couldn’t believe how lucky we had been with the weather.
however, it did begin to sprinkle on us at one point so we took shelter in a mini cave to wait it out. we snapped some pictures before our shelter was invaded by children. the lighting was perfect and i wish i had brought a camera other than my phone.
